Continuous

Texas centrifuge line results from a detailed study of capacity, quality and durability, allowing us to build an equipment which can make the difference in the customer satisfaction for serving them in their productivity needs with a robust machine which is more compact than its competitors.

The efficiency of this equipment is obtained through the harmonious ways with which the factors influencing the sugar crystal formation are handled during the manufacture, optimizing the distribution of the cooked massecuit and promoting a better usage of the mesharea.

The mechanical improvements deployed basically consists in the following:

A directed and distributed central feed, allowing the basket to have a balanced operation.

Reinforced constructive mode of the conical basket, on two walls with different angles, supporting the effects.

The harmony projected on the rigidity of the central pivoting components allows for a double interrelated movement between the central shaft and the pivot shaft, and the pivoting hub, allowing for a greater balance of the assembly, better absorbing the unbalancing strengths and the inertia momentumt occurred during the manufacturing process.

The basket deflecting skirt in perfect agreement with the baffle separators forms an effective sealing preventing the contact between the sugar and the honeys.

The dampening system used in this assembly is not allocated only on the rotary parts, but on the entire centrifuge, leaving this totally suspended and without any motor interference and, thereby, offering a better performance in its operation.
