Backpressure- SERIES TX-SE

This line of machines is made up of single stage turbines with power up to 2,000 kW, working condition up to 45 BAR of admission steam, 450 ºC of temperature and 3 BAR of  Outlet steam, a single stage Backpressure and multivalves.

• CHARACTERISTICS:

TURNING ASSEMBLY

•The shaft. and discs are produced in forged steel. The blade and covering tapes are in stainless steel, with the discs being assembled  through interference on the shaft and keyed to or made integral rotor and shaft. The turning assembly is dynamically balanced according to Standard NBR 10.149/ABNT.

FRAMES

•Horizontally split and cast in alloy steel. The rotor inspection may be performed by removing only the upper portion of the frame (cover).

The same may be repeated with the bearings.

STEAM SEALING

• Labirinth type, appropriate for a high efficiency sealing.

BEARINGS

• Radial: Bearing shell in steel, lined with babbitt metal.
• Axial: Sliding with oscillating cushions.

SPEED REGULATOR

• Mechanical (Texas)
• Mechanical/hydraulic (Woodward/Texas)
• Electronic/Hydraulic (Woodward/Texas)
 

LUBRICATION SYSTEM

• The lubrication system is forced, and its oil tank is provided in two versions: integrated with the turbine base or composed of  a separated console. It is also part of the system: an auxiliary oil pump (electric), heat exchanger, single or duplex oil filters, pressure regulators, etc.

SAFETY SYSTEM

Stop for excess speed due to:

• Mechanical tripping
• Hydraulic tripping
• Electric tripping
• Stop due to low oil pressure
• Stop due to excess axial displacement of rotor
• Manual Stop – local
• Manual Stop – Panel
• Other devices may be optionally made available.
